Pioneering The Doggy Daycare Industry
The Grand Paw was founded in 2003 by William and Jennifer Hamilton, a couple with a passion for animals and a vision for a one-of-a-kind pet resort. They wanted to create a place where their own dogs, Isabelle, Precious, and Buster, would love to go. They also wanted to fill a gap in the market, as there were no doggy daycare or luxury boarding options available in the desert at the time.
With a combination of their extensive experience in business and their lifelong love of animals, the couple created The Grand Paw Pet Resort, a 2.5-acre campus with 3 indoor play buildings, a swimming pool, and multiple outdoor play yards. A dog’s dream!

Over the past 20 years, we’ve grown from a small family business to a world-class facility that can accommodate more than just a handful of dogs per day. We’ve also expanded our services to include not only dog boarding and dog daycare but also dog grooming and spa treatments. We’ve also invested in high-quality technology and equipment, such as air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, and security systems, to ensure the health and safety of our guests above all else.
